Delete your Axiome account

Open Profile → Delete Account, confirm, and you are done. Before you confirm, you can use Download my data to keep a copy.

Your sign-in is blocked immediately. Everything is permanently erased 30 days later. Until then you can change your mind by emailing us.

If you cannot use the app, email [email protected] from the address on your account with the subject Delete my Axiome account. If you signed in with Google, use that Google address. You do not need to give a reason. We act on it within 30 days and email you when it is done.

Everything tied to your account:

Nothing is kept afterwards. Encrypted backups roll over on their normal schedule and are never restored except to recover from a disaster. Copies already sent to AI providers, Google Search or your Google Calendar follow those services' own rules; calendar events stay in your calendar until you delete them.

You can delete individual entries, goals, workouts, logs and images in the app at any time without deleting your account. To have something specific removed that the app cannot delete, write to [email protected].
