Every new account gets 7 days of Axiome Pro, free. The trial starts automatically when you register. You do not need to enter payment details, and nothing is charged when it ends — access simply returns to the free tier until you choose to subscribe.

Axiome Pro unlocks the AI features — among them the coach, voice input, goal plans and step suggestions, journal analysis, book and reading insights, the glossary, workout and sleep insights, the life graph analysis and weekly summaries. The paywall shows the current list before you buy. Tracking, logging, journalling, goals, gym and sleep logs work without a subscription.

The price, in your currency and including any taxes Google applies, is shown in the app and in the Google Play purchase sheet before you confirm, and that is the price you pay. All purchases are processed by Google Play; we never see your payment details.

Google Play sends you a receipt for every charge.

Cancel at any time, in a few taps: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Axiome, or through the manage-subscription link in the app. Cancelling stops the next charge; you keep Pro until the end of the period you have paid for.

Uninstalling the app or deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — Google handles billing, so cancel it in Google Play too. The lifetime purchase does not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

14-day refund, wherever you live. If you ask within 14 days of your first payment for a plan — monthly, yearly or lifetime — we will refund that payment in full, no reason needed. Write to [email protected] with your Google Play order number (it starts with GPA.), or request it in Google Play → Order history. This covers, and goes further than, the statutory right of withdrawal in the EU, the UK and elsewhere.

Renewals are not refundable once charged, except where the law requires it or Google's refund policy allows it — so cancel before the renewal date if you no longer want the plan.

Faulty service. If Pro does not work as described and we cannot fix it, you are entitled to a remedy under your local consumer law, which may include a refund.

Refunds are paid back to the original payment method through Google Play. Google may also grant refunds under its own policy.

We may change prices. A change never affects a period you have already paid for. Before a higher price applies to your subscription we will give you notice — at least 30 days, or longer where the law or Google Play requires — and where Google Play requires it, you will have to agree before you are charged. If you do not agree, cancel before the renewal date.

Pro normally unlocks within seconds. If it does not, make sure you are signed in to Axiome with the same account and to Google Play with the Google account you paid with, then reopen the app — it restores purchases automatically. If that does not work, write to [email protected] with your order number and we will sort it out.

If we remove a major Pro feature while you have a paid period left, or shut Axiome down, we will refund the unused part of your subscription. For a lifetime purchase, "lifetime" means for as long as we offer Axiome; if we shut it down within two years of your purchase, we will refund a share proportionate to the time left in those two years.

If your account is closed for a serious breach of the Terms of Service, Pro ends with it, and unused time is not refunded unless the law requires otherwise.
