Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

In Axiome, consumer health data means:

We do not collect biometric data (biometric unlock stays on your phone), precise location, or data from health devices or other apps.

It comes from you — what you log and write in the app. We use it only to provide the features you use: to store and show it back to you, to power the sleep, gym, journal and coach features, and to generate the insights you ask for. We also use it, without reading it, to keep the service secure and working.

We collect and process health data only with your explicit consent, which you give with its own checkbox when you create an account, separately from accepting the Terms. Existing users are asked the same way. We record when you consented and to which version of this policy.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to us or by deleting your account from Profile → Delete Account. Because tracking health is what Axiome does, withdrawing means we delete your account and its data.

We do not sell consumer health data and do not share it with third parties or affiliates (we have none). It is disclosed only to service providers that process it on our behalf, under contract, to deliver the features you use:

Firebase analytics and crash reports never contain what you log or write. We do not use health data for advertising, and we never geofence health-care facilities.

You can:

Write to [email protected] from the address on your account. We answer within 45 days, and may extend by another 45 days once, telling you why. We do not charge for requests, and we never treat you differently for making one.

Only you can read your health data in the app; access is enforced by the database. It travels over encrypted connections and is encrypted at rest. Only the developer can access the production database, and only to operate the service or answer your request.
