Workout Tracker App & Cross-Domain Habit Tracker: The Axiome Life Graph
At a glance
The Axiome Life Graph is an all-in-one workout tracker app and habit tracker that keeps daily routines, strength training, sleep, and journal entries in one app and compares them in your Insights. It replaces several separate tracking apps with one place to look for patterns.

What it does
How Life Graph works inside Axiome.
Connected Records
One Life Graph
Journal entries, sleep, gym sessions, goals, and books appear as connected nodes. AI suggests the links between them, so read them as prompts for reflection, not proof.
Correlation Engine
Cross-Domain Correlation Engine
See whether better nights go with finishing more habits, or whether a workout day is followed by a better night. Axiome calculates these from your logs, and a small AI model words them in plain language.
Body Diagram
Muscle Coverage Diagram
A gym log with more than 1,600 exercises and a front and back body diagram that shades the muscles each training split covers, so you can see what a plan leaves out.

Escape the Fragmented Tracking Trap
“Tracking sleep in one app, gym sets in a second, and tasks in a third leaves you managing tools instead of progressing. The Life Graph unifies your data into one picture.”
Separate apps cannot show how your records relate. Axiome keeps sleep, strength training, tasks, and journal entries together so you can look for patterns across them. A pattern is something to think about, not proof of cause.

Common questions
Questions about Life Graph
A Life Graph treats personal progress as an interconnected system. Instead of checking four separate apps, Axiome keeps habits, sleep, workouts, and tasks in one account. That makes it possible to look for links, such as whether late nights go with missed habits.
Axiome includes over 1,600 exercises across barbell, dumbbell, cable, machine, and bodyweight work, with photos and written steps for most of them. You can log warm-up, drop, and failure sets and keep splits with a weekly schedule.
Partly. Logging habits, workouts, sleep, journal entries, and books works offline, and changes sync when you are back online. The Coach, Insights, and other AI features need a connection.
No. Axiome does not import from Apple Health, Health Connect, or CSV files. You can export your own data as a JSON file from the app.
