Priorities Next to the Rest of Your Life
“Most task managers know nothing about how you slept. Axiome keeps your priorities beside your sleep log, workouts, and habits, so you can see them together.”
After a rough night it helps to know what actually has to happen today. The matrix shows what is urgent and important, and your sleep log sits nearby. Axiome does not rearrange tasks for you; you decide what to move.

Common questions
Questions about Eisenhower Matrix
Static paper, spreadsheet, or Notion Eisenhower matrix templates decay because they need constant manual upkeep. In Axiome, dragging an activity to another quadrant updates it, and the same activities appear in a daily list and a calendar, so there is no table to maintain by hand.
Quadrant 1 contains urgent and important tasks requiring immediate execution. Quadrant 2 contains important strategic projects that build long-term trajectory. Quadrant 3 holds urgent but low-importance distractions. Quadrant 4 isolates non-urgent, non-important tasks to eliminate.
No. The matrix does not reorder or reschedule tasks based on sleep or recovery. You decide what is urgent and important. Your sleep log and the daily brief are there to help you decide what to move.
Yes. Axiome connects daily habits, routine checklists, and standalone tasks in one unified view, avoiding the need for a separate habit tracker.
Activities can have a time and a reminder, and the calendar view shows them by day. Sending activities to Google Calendar is built but switched off for now while Google completes a verification step. There is no export to other calendars.
